Can I deduct Namulai as a business expense?
Yes. The Stripe customer portal issues monthly VAT invoices with your business details, which your accountant can book directly. Update your billing details from the portal at any time.
What happens if I cancel mid-month?
Access continues until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds, no surprise charges. Cancel from the customer portal in two clicks, the cancellation takes effect at period end.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. The pricing is intentionally flat at 19.80 EUR per month while the product is in beta. Annual pricing is on the roadmap once the feature set stabilises.
Can I use Namulai for ghostwriting under NDA?
Yes. Conversations are stored on Namulai infrastructure, never sent to third-party trainers, and accessible only via your account. Standard NDA-grade workflow holds.
